Ugandan Diplomat at EAC Secretariat, Dr Caroline Asiimwe, Arrested at Mombasa Airport
ChimpReports has learned that Dr Asiimwe was traveling on official business to attend an EAC meeting scheduled to open this Monday morning in Mombasa
A Senior East African Community (EAC) Diplomat, Dr Caroline Asiimwe, has been arrested in Kenya.
Asiimwe, who is the Executive Secretary of the Kiswahili Commission, was detained at Mombasa International Airport on Sunday night.
The circumstances for her arrest remain unclear.
