Somaliland: spy agency NIA detains 10 foreign nationals suspected of ties to terrorism

In a rare public announcement, Somaliland’s National Intelligence Agency (NIA) said on Tuesday that it had detained 10 foreign nationals suspected of ties to terrorism.
