Intelligence insights on Rwanda's President Kagame visit to Tanzania, April 27 - 28, 2023)

Updated on April 28, 2023: President Paul Kagame of Rwanda yesterday April 27, 2023 began a two-day visit to Tanzania.

This is President Kagame's second visit to Tanzania since President Samia came to power. his first visit was in December 2021 when he attended the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of Tanzania's independence.
